Gitanjali 16
I have had my invitation to this world’s festival, and thus my life hasbeen blessed. My eyes have seen and my ears have heard.
It was my part at this feast to play upon my instrument, and I havedone all I could.
Now, I ask, has the time come at last when I may go in and see thy faceand offer thee my silent salutation?

About this section
Gitanjali 16 is prose, printed in 3 paragraphs. It is part of the edition and is kept for reading, but nothing here is measured: the line breaks are the printer's, so no metre, rhyme scheme or scansion is stated.
The reader shows the same poem with its rhymes coloured and a stress row above each line, the notes beside their stanzas, and any word's definition on a tap; the analysis page takes the whole book apart. How every part of this site was made.
