Gitanjali 91
O thou the last fulfilment of life, Death, my death, come and whisperto me!
Day after day I have kept watch for thee; for thee have I borne thejoys and pangs of life.
All that I am, that I have, that I hope and all my love have everflowed towards thee in depth of secrecy. One final glance from thineeyes and my life will be ever thine own.
The flowers have been woven and the garland is ready for thebridegroom. After the wedding the bride shall leave her home and meether lord alone in the solitude of night.

About this section
Gitanjali 91 is prose, printed in 4 paragraphs. It is part of the edition and is kept for reading, but nothing here is measured: the line breaks are the printer's, so no metre, rhyme scheme or scansion is stated.
The reader shows the same poem with its rhymes coloured and a stress row above each line, the notes beside their stanzas, and any word's definition on a tap; the analysis page takes the whole book apart. How every part of this site was made.
