The Gardener 45
To the guests that must go bid God's speed and brush away alltraces of their steps.Take to your bosom with a smile what is easy and simple and near.To-day is the festival of phantoms that know not when they die.Let your laughter be but a meaningless mirth like twinkles oflight on the ripples.Let your life lightly dance on the edges of Time like dew on the tip of a leaf.Strike in chords from your harp fitful momentary rhythms.

About this section
The Gardener 45 is prose, printed in 1 paragraph. It is part of the edition and is kept for reading, but nothing here is measured: the line breaks are the printer's, so no metre, rhyme scheme or scansion is stated.
The reader shows the same poem with its rhymes coloured and a stress row above each line, the notes beside their stanzas, and any word's definition on a tap; the analysis page takes the whole book apart. How every part of this site was made.
